Contact your local GP in the first instance, who can refer you to specialist services available in your local area.

Some GP practices may also offer psychotherapy e.g. cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

In an emergency, you can contact your local Out of Hours Doctor or your nearest A&E Department.
