If you need more support…

If you need non-urgent support as a man with an eating disorder or as a loved one looking to find out more, we have plenty of resources to help you. As the first stepping stone, we can direct and signpost you to a wide range of different support groups, local services and community support systems.

Support for men with eating disorders

If you are struggling with an eating disorder or know someone who is, we’ve collated a network of local services across Northern Ireland that may be the ideal support for you. We will always recommend that you get in touch with your GP first, because that will open up the doors to numerous forms of counselling, medical care and other forms of support.

Support through family and friends

If you need to find help for a loved one, we have plenty of information available online to point you in the right direction. If you are looking for help for anyone under the age of XX [18 or 16?] with an eating disorder, we may be able to point you to specific help and services that can support you.
